Only the fields with a red asterisk are mandatory. You may leave the other fields blank if they are not relevant to your support query.
If you'd like to track the status of your support query, you may use the "Login | Signup" option at the top of the page. Note that this is not necessary, and you will receive emails for every response to your support ticket.
The ticketing system does not use your existing Realitone login - you will need to create a new login via the "Sign up" button for support ticket tracking.
You can log in with a gmail or facebook account to make it simpler.
The account will be hosted by our 3rd-party support software provider - Freshworks.
Just to reiterate: Logging into the helpdesk is NOT mandatory for getting in touch with us. You will receive email responses via the email address you provide in the contact form.
