I Haven't Received an E-mail

If it's been more than a few minutes since your order, and you still haven't received an email from us, check your spam/junk folders. You can try searching for "Realitone" if you have a lot of mail to sort through.

If there is no email in your inbox OR your spam folders, log into your account HERE and double-check that your order shows up in your order history.

If your order is listed, click on the order number to be taken to the order details, and there will be a link to download your files under the product name.


If you can't log in, or your order is not listed in your account, you might have typed your email address incorrectly during the checkout process. Contact our support by clicking the "Submit a Ticket" button, and provide as much detail as you can about your order, and we will get you sorted out!
