Unfortunately, Native Access is managed by a different company - Native Instruments. As such, we have no control over what happens in Native Access.
However, the most common complaint is that libraries fail to Install or download. We've found the most reliable fix for this is to simply restart Native Access, though sometimes it requires a system restart.
Other installation errors can be caused by:
- insufficient disk space on the installation drive (the available space should DOUBLE the size of the library, to allow extraction of the installation files)
- Trying to install onto an external disk (https://community.native-instruments.com/discussion/47355/known-issue-failing-installation-for-certain-products-on-external-hard-drive-on-macos-15-5-15-6)
- Insufficient disk permissions on Mac OS, or a security program interfering with permissions.
