Does my product need a serial number?

Over time, the delivery requirements and specifications for Kontakt sample libraries have evolved, and on more than one occasion.

Since our product line spans over a decade of development, this has lead to some inconsistencies with how each product is presented and/or delivered to you.

As we make our way through the backlog of updates needed to bring them all into line, you can use this chart to see the status of each product, and what you need to know about the installation process.

If you purchased Acoustic Lite, Realibanjo, Realiwhistle, or Screaming Trumpet prior to November 2021, then you do not need a serial number, but will require the full (paid) version of Kontakt (it will only work in "DEMO" mode in Kontakt Player)

A NOTE ON MANUAL DOWNLOADS

If your product is hosted on Native Access, then you should use Native Access to manage your downloads. Manual downloads are only available for customers who persistently have issues downloading via Native Access.
