If you didn't receive your codes in an email, you can find them in the Order details from your Realitone account dashboard.
1. Log in to your account
NOTE: Our accounts system no longer uses passwords. If you have an existing "Shop" account, you may log in with that. Otherwise, just use your email address and it will send you a code via email for verification. Your account will stay logged in on your machine. Once you log out manually, you will need to use a verification code again.
2. Navigate to your Orders page
3. Find your order, and click the "View ->" button in the upper right corner.
4. Your serial number and/or unlock code will be at the bottom of the page below your address, under the heading "Additional Information".
NOTE: Serial numbers have 25 digits, in blocks of 5 (XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX). These are for registering inside the Native Access app. Once the serial number is registered to your Native Access account, you won't need it again. Not even for a new computer.
Unlock Codes have 16 digits, in blocks of 4. (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). You will need to use your unlock code the first time you use your product on a new machine or OS installation. (Sunset Strings, Nightfall, Fingerpick, Screaming Trumpet, Realibanjo)
