Serial numbers and unlock codes are found at the top of your order's Downloads page.
Open the order confirmation email you received after purchasing a product, and click the blue "Download Files" button found inside. This should take you to a page with detailed installation instructions, a download button, and your serial number (and Unlock Code if applicable) at the top of the page.
If your download page includes more than one download link, your license will be located under the last one at the bottom of the list, as shown below:

Can't find your order email? Log into your Realitone account and click the order number from your account dashboard. There will be a "Download Files" button in there.
If you believe you did not receive an order email, please contact us and we will try to track down your order. Usually this happens because the email address used during checkout was spelt incorrectly.
