My download links are broken

Email Buttons / 404 Error

The download links received in emails are only temporary. Your permanent download links are available from your online account dashboard.

Just navigate to the "Orders" tab on the left, then find your order. There will be a Download button right there on the order preview, which will take you to your downloadable files.

NOTE: Many of our products use Native Access for file hosting. In these cases, you'll need to use the Native Access app to download your product. (Nightfall, Sunset Strings, RealiBanjo, RealiWhistle, Acoustic Lite, Screaming Trumpet)

Missing Download Button / File Not Found

If your order doesn't have a download button attached to it in your User Account dashboard, don't fret! You might just need to take an extra step to restore them:

All you gotta do is re-purchase the product you want to receive download links for. HOWEVER, you MUST make your purchase using one of the following links (it can not be from the main product page), AND you need to use the relevant coupon code to bring the price down to $0.

So, find your product, and get goin!
