I did not receive a serial number for Fingerpick v2

If this is your first Fingerpick purchase, your serial number is located at the top of your download page, which you can access via your order confirmation email.

If you purchased Fingerpick 2.0 as an upgrade, then you do not need a new serial number, as your original serial will work with Fingerpick 2.0! (As far as Native Access is concerned, there is no difference between Fingerpick 1 and 2.)

So here is what you do: Replace your old Fingerpick folder with the new one. (Same location, same name.) That way, Kontakt will look in the new folder instead of the old one. (We’re fooling Kontakt into thinking nothing has changed.) If you’re nervous about deleting the old Fingerpick folder, then simply rename it “Fingerpick old” so that you can keep it as a backup.
