The interface is all white with messy controls

There's a few steps we need to cover before we know what's causing this issue.
Firstly, make sure that Native Access is pointing to the correct location for your library. You can use the "Repair" or "Locate" option in Native Access to navigate to your library's folder.


If that doesn't fix the issue, find and delete the resource container ".nkc" file in your library's directory. It is often inside the "Samples" folder.
This is a cache file that will be recreated the next time you load your library.


Make sure Kontakt is not open when you delete this file, then try re-opening Kontakt and loading your library again.
