My library says "DEMO" when I load it into Kontakt

There are three main reasons for this:

  1. You have not registered your serial number
  2. You are using a new computer and have not used the "Locate" function in Native Access to find your library
  3. You purchased a product that requires the full version of Kontakt (not the free "Kontakt Player")

All new purchases of our libraries include a serial number (license key). If you do not register your license key using the Native Access app, your library will display a "DEMO" notification when you load it in Kontakt, OR refuse to load altogether, depending on which version of Kontakt is installed.

If you are using a new computer or you re-installed your operating system, you will need to relocate your licensed kontakt libraries from within Native Access before they function fully.

If you purchased any of the following products before November 6th 2018, then you require the full version of Kontakt, as they do not come with a serial number:
RealiBanjo, RealiWhistle, Acoustic Lite, Screaming Trumpet, RealiVox Blue - Kontakt Full, and Realivox Ladies - Kontakt Full.
