Your library isn't listed in Native Access

In all of their wisdom, Native Instruments decided to categorize Kontakt libraries as "Legacy Products", if they were not available for download via the Native Access app. This has affected the vast majority of Kontakt libraries.

For many of our products, the files are downloaded from our servers, so those products got lumped into the "Legacy" category.

Due to the bottomless well of wisdom over at NI, they decided to hide Legacy products in Native Access by default. ... Legend has it - they're still trying to come up with a single good reason for that.


So what's the fix?

In Native Access, navigate to Preferences > Legacy Products, and switch ON the toggle next to "Show discontinued products".

"Discontinued??" you might wonder to yourself. Well, that's another little gem of wisdom on display here. The products being hidden are not discontinued in any sense of the word. They simply decided not to pay Native Instruments to host their files.
